Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.  We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed. 

However, your satisfaction means everything to us! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your package at support@therootremedies.com with the following:

  • Your full name
  • order number
  • A clear photo of the issue (damaged/incorrect product)

 

We will review your request with you to make it right.
